THE GREY AGENTIC GUARANTEE: We operate strictly as a confidential infrastructure partner. We will never share your proprietary data, keyword targets, or software architecture with your competitors. Your intellectual property remains 100% yours.
Grey Agentic ("The Company") agrees that under no circumstances will we share, sell, or disclose the proprietary strategies, API endpoints, or user data of our SaaS Partners ("The Partner"). All communications regarding deployment and Share of Model Voice (SOMV) will be held under strict confidentiality.
All structured data arrays (JSON-LD), deployment code, crawler directives, and Share of Model Voice (SOMV) reports provided by Grey Agentic are securely delivered directly to your technical team. Our code is lean, non-intrusive, and designed to integrate seamlessly without exposing your underlying software architecture.
Any proprietary information, keyword targets, software features, or internal growth strategies shared with Grey Agentic will be held in strict confidence. This data is utilized solely for the purpose of executing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) protocols and will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties.
Upon initiation of a Retainer or Wedge deployment, Grey Agentic will happily sign The Partner's custom Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide our standardized legally binding NDA to ensure mutual protection.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your company data. Target deployment data is siloed and restricted to engineering personnel actively working on your account.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or your proprietary software data to others. We may use third-party service providers (such as Stripe for billing or proprietary AI API endpoints for tracking), subject to their respective privacy policies.
By accessing or utilizing the services of Grey Agentic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all SaaS partners, founders, and users who access our infrastructure.
Grey Agentic provides technical consulting, code engineering, and off-site entity consensus services designed to optimize visibility within Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI engines. Due to the dynamic and evolving nature of artificial intelligence, Grey Agentic does not guarantee specific ranking positions or absolute citation ratios, but rather executes structural best practices for AEO.
Upon full payment of the deployment fee ("The Wedge") or monthly retainer, all deployed JSON-LD schema code, structural recommendations, and generated reports become the intellectual property of The Partner to use, modify, and deploy within their software architecture as they see fit.
In no event shall Grey Agentic, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
Retainer services are billed on a month-to-month basis. The Partner may cancel their retainer at any time with a 15-day written notice. One-time deployments ("The Wedge") are billed upfront prior to code delivery.
